Delivery Policy for DeeFrost
At DeeFrost, we produce your item especially for you as soon as you place an order. This means that we do not have a physical warehouse, but instead manufacture each product "on-demand". This helps us reduce overproduction and protect the environment.

1. Delivery times

As all our products are handmade to order, you should expect a total delivery time that consists of two parts:

Production time: It typically takes 2-5 business days to print and complete your item.

Shipping time: Once the item has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days to addresses in Denmark and the EU.

Total estimated delivery time: 5-12 business days.

2. Shipping prices

We ship to the entire EU with flat low shipping rates:

Denmark: 39.00 DKK (Free for purchases over 590.00 DKK).

EU (European Union): DKK 59.00

3. Shipping and Tracking

As soon as your package has been shipped from our production center in the EU (typically Latvia or Spain), you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way.

4. Multiple shipments

If you order different types of products (e.g. a T-shirt and a poster), they may in some cases be shipped in separate packages as they are completed in different departments in our production.

5. Uncollected packages

If a package cannot be delivered or is not collected at a parcel shop, it will be sent back to our production center. We will then contact you to arrange re-shipment (please note that you will have to pay the cost of new shipping in this case).
